All three of our current mini quests at a reduced price: Introduction to House Goblins, Introduction to Giant Trolls, Introduction to Woodland Dragons.

Mini Quests are perfect for Adventurers new to worldbuilding, and those looking to quickly explore their imagination. These pocket-sized activities only require a pencil and come with a blank ‘Investigation report’ for drawings and notes. Look at the world in a new way and find ideas for creatures, environments and stories everywhere.

Recommended for ages 7 to 700.

An Introduction to House Goblins
Have you noticed strange happenings in your home lately? Perhaps some of your small, shiny things have gone missing, or your socks don’t match up. Maybe a set of keys turn up in an unexpected place, or a drawer is suddenly full of odd bits and bobs you’ve never seen before. This could be the work of house goblins.

Adventurers can explore their homes and imaginations for borrower-like creatures and use items they find to draw their clothes, tools and homes. This mini quest focuses on character design and how ideas and inspiration can be found in everyday places.

An Introduction to Giant Trolls
Despite their enormous size, giant trolls are very good at hiding. They sleep for a very long time, they can fall asleep anywhere and no amount of noise will disturb them. This means that humans sometimes build over the top of trolls, or they are mistaken for hills and mountains. When a giant troll does wake up they will walk around with houses, forests and roads still attached to them. It can be quite alarming for anyone living there.

Adventurers will experience the view from their windows in a new way. Street lights and brick walls will become horns and camouflage of trolls, and trees transform into two-headed giants.

An Introduction to Woodland Dragons
Nestled in trees are lightning-fast, lizard-like creatures with camouflage that blends them perfectly with their environments. Some of them grow wings and swiftly dart between trees, and others have long claws to help them climb. They are commonly known as woodland dragons.

This mini quest is an ideal addition to a walk through trees and woodland. Collect pine cones and other tree seeds and transform them into woodland dragons through drawings. Each tree seed will inspire a different shape, size and texture, and Adventurers will be shown how to age a creature through their design.
