Workshop Terms and Conditions

By booking a place on a class or club, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Data Protection

All personal information will be held securely and confidentially. Please view our full Data Protection Policy here.

We will not take photographs without written permission from adult participants or parents/caregivers of child participants.

Booking and Payment

A confirmed booking is secured upon receipt of payment of the workshop fee. Payments must be made via our online shop before the workshop takes place.

Class Cancellations

You can cancel your booking up to seven days before the workshop begins. Please email thewaywardadventurers@gmail.com and we’ll process your refund as soon as possible. We cannot accept cancellations after this time. If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason we will strive to reschedule to another date, and if this isn’t possible or you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date you will receive a full refund.

Health & Safety

Our workshops are age appropriate and fully risk-assessed. Workshop hosts will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment. Participants and parents/caregivers of participants are responsible for following instructions and using materials safely.

Loss and Damages

We accept no liability for any loss or damage of valuable items brought to workshops by participants or the parents/caregivers of participants. We would advise participants do not to wear their best clothing to classes, as they may be messy. We accept no liability for any damage that may occur to clothing or shoes.

Behaviour Policy

We do not tolerate any form of abuse, harassment or bullying.

If a participant is regularly causing a disturbance, posing a danger to other participants and/or the workshop host, or causing regular disruption, they will leave the class. No refunds will be given to any participant asked to leave due to repeated incidents of unacceptable/disruptive behaviour.

Complaints

We always strive to provide everyone with the best customer experience, however things can go wrong. If you’re not happy with the service or products you have received, please contact us via thewaywardadventurers@gmail.com.

Complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible. We will reply within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your complaint, and will then reply within five working days with potential solutions. All complaints will be kept confidential.


Products Terms and Conditions

When you use our website and purchase our products you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Safety

  • Warning: Our products are not suitable for children under three years of age due to small parts.

  • Adult supervision is recommended.

  • Our products adhere to the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, and 2009/48/EC Toy Safety Directive. If there are any issues with your product, please email thewaywardadventurers@gmail.com with the product number located on the back of the product or product’s packaging.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

Returns

We accept returns within five days of delivery. Please return the product(s) to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving the products). If the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If a product(s) is delivered damaged and unusable please contact us via thewaywardadventurers@gmail.com with an image of the product and the damage and we will send a replacement to you. You will not need to return the damaged goods.

Order Cancellations and Exchanges

We do not accept online order cancellations or exchanges.

Shipping and Taxes

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days.​ We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

​Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
