To help you with the design and drawing, this Quest includes:

  • Introduction letter from the Bureau of Supernatural Anomalies with investigation information.

  • Two illustrated cold cases scrawled with notes and inspiration for your own possessions.

  • One mysterious antique auction leaflet.

  • Three blank cases for your sketches and notes.

  • A memo with further inspiration and advice.

  • An a6 sticker sheet of pumpkin critters.

  • All packaged in an a5 black envelope with a silver foil sticker of the Bureau’s logo.

Quests can be enjoyed at home or when you're out and about. They're usually pocket sized and only require a pencil and paper. You can spend as little or as long as you like on each quest, and you can choose how far to take your ideas. You could create a few notes and sketches, or an entire scale model or comic.

Who's it for?

The Quests are for adults and children, and are designed to be open-ended and compliment all skill levels, including beginners. They are ideal for:

  • People interested in drawing and inventing new people, places and things.

  • Artists, designers and other creatives seeking a new challenge.

  • Larpers looking for new ideas for events, character quirks and prop design.

  • Games masters and players keen to add new details to their games and characters.

There is no age restricted content in the Quests, but we've written the quests for the reading age of 13, and we do include links to Pinterest where you must be 13 or over to have an account.

Design

Inspired by zines, childhood games and tabletop adventures, each quest will be playfully designed to bring you joy and spark curiosity and creativity. We've had a lot of fun designing these, and although they're not easy to assemble we believe it's worth it for the experience.
